On 18 September 2026, the Guangdong Department of Industry and Information Technology published the winners of the 11th Maker China Guangdong SME competition and the 10th Maker Guangdong competition; ChipsNest received a Startup Group award.
The 11th Maker China SME Innovation and Entrepreneurship Competition is a national event hosted by the Ministry of Industry and Information Technology, designed to unleash the innovation potential of SMEs and maker teams and to build a platform for showcase, incubation, financing and collaborative innovation.
Going forward, ChipsNest will use competition platforms to focus on edge AI and general ARM computing, strengthening technical research and innovation capability to help build the national ARM computing foundation.
